The overview we saw online versus the actual property is very deceiving. To start off it is very noisy inside the hotel, the walls are super thin and you can hear every sound, peep or squeak. Secondly, our TV didn’t work, and the elevator was extremely old and scary to use . The coffee which is typically included in most days is not included inthis stay. There are also no water stations in the hotel anywhere. Lastly, the pool is extremely small and right in the center of the café so not very convenient and also kind of uncomfortable to enjoy. The upside is that the rooms were pretty clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I do not think that I would stay at this hotel again.

It’s not a bad hotel but not the best either. Elevator is very slow but luckily I was on the 2nd floor and could race up the stairs quickly. Bed mattress had no support and severely dipped in the middle. But it was a roof over my head and the HVAC system is kinda loud so was good white noise. I never heard any music or outside noise during the night thankfully.

surprised it is four stars

The only good thing about the stay is they let us checkout early, the phone did not work, every time I needed to go downstairs and wait for service. In addition, they did not clean the room for all three nights, since they came to early and then never came back. The hotel con-serge never told us about what included in the resort fee and did not even offer towels or beach chairs. They also ran out of shower gel and gave us soap.

First off I was scared to death of the elevator. Not only was it dirty but they can at least get a can of white primer or paint and make it look presentable. It was a stinch in our room. I also seen and killed a roach. I had to tell them every day to clean my room. Now let’s go to the pool. I don’t think it’s safe to get in. I would not recommend this hotel for a one night stay!
