What you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Everything was pretty good but not fantastic. Great for a night before heading to a cruise. Shuttles from the airport and to the cruise terminal but pack your patience.

Stayed over the night before our cruise. They did have shuttle transportation but we chose a taxi instead. The breakfast area was tiny and packed with other cruise goers. No thrills or frills hotel but it was fine for a one night stay.

Staff was not very friendly. TV did not work in room and when attempting to call the front desk, no answer or support. Breakfast was a bust, thank God McDonalds was within walking distance. Also, was advertised as having a bar, completely empty with no staff or alcohol.

The hotel location is good and the checkin/checkout was quick however the room absolutely reeked of smoke smell and the worse was the pillows, we only stayed for 5 hours and the pillows were moldy and smelly that almost caused me to gag. Hopefully they start putting more effort to cleanliness.

Safe, clean property close to airport. They provide shuttle from airport and also provides complimentary shuttle service to the cruise ports on a comfort bus. We definitely would stay again

Very nice hotel and very convenient if you are going on a cruise. Free shuttle to and from airport was nice and easy to use. Called the hotel when landed and was told where to wait for the shuttle. Also has free shuttle to cruise port. Booked far enough in advance so price was reasonable. Overall was very satisfied for what we needed since we only stayed one night.

The lights in the room by the bed didn’t work( the main lights ) They didn’t give is a new room nor did they discount the room. I even had the man behind the front desk look at the problem and he said he would call the room about how to solve the problem and we heard nothing.

Maintence crew starting hammering and drilling above my room at 8:45 am in the morning. I called to the front and ask to speak to a manager. No manager was present. I will not stay at this property ever again. You should have waited atleast to 10:30 am right before check out to start making repairs
