We have stayed at this property prior to Covid and the staff and amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, the property is very understaffed and lines are very long for coffee in the morning and front desk. Additionally, the level of the daily maintenance of the rooms are not adequate - initially, our garbage cans were not emptied daily and our sink was not cleaned properly.

They did not hold the room with double beds I reserved. Fortunately I was traveling with my child. They did upgrade the king bed room but then expected me to switch for my two day stay. $40/day tip for valet seemed high and silly since lot was next to hotel. Pool was nice and restaurant and tiki bar good.

These will be our second booking on these property everything was amazing ! Our check in was late they return resort fee and also allow us to leave an hour later. We dint had double beds they provide a rollover bed ! Food and the ambiance was great you guys made my birthday excepcional ! Thank you

My overall experience was nice. Everyone made me feel welcomed, from the front desk to the valets. Only gripe I had was that it was a little cold out and my heater didn't work. Turned temperature up, but the heat never kicked in.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The service was awful, and the employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no interest in helping and had a bad attitude the entire time. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a nice hotel and the outdoor pool and tiki bar area is excellent. The food in the little restaurant was OK good quesadillas and snacks when we ordered a fancier dinner it was not as good and breakfast was fair. The only complaint that I have with the resort is their hidden fees. So when I booked on Expedia, there was no mention of a resort fee or parking fee. In order to park, we had to use valet parking with a bad dory $40 fee then there was also a daily resort fee which I think was an additional 30 or $40. Overall, it really increased the cost of the nightly stay. The worst thing about it was I didn’t find out about these fees until I was actually at the desk checking in which was like nine or 10 o’clock at night. Expedia should force these companies to be more transparent about the fees because I may have chosen a different hotel if I would have realized that there were going to be so many additional fees
