Great waterfront unit.

Amazing unit with beautiful waterfront views of the beach. Would definitely rent again. Nice owner great communication and very responsive.

good location , good communication

Positives:- communication with the owner is excellent, we were able to check in a couple hours earlier, also to check out a couple hours later without additional charges;- the view from the balcony is lovely, the best side of the all buildings from this property.- convient location for Miami (bus/collinsexpress, supermarkt 500m)-great access to the beach, 2 sunbett including;- good comfortable bathroom, with intelligent thought about lighting and wc.-comfortable bets;- the mini kitchen is ok, but not well equipped...you schuld not expect that it is apartment with kitchen. It is property where not possible to cook. For people who doesn't need it. Self hotel offers many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Minus: - very used furniture in the room, not clean, one handle of drawer was broken. - the furniture on the balcony is very simple and dirty;- the carpet, especially where the closet and bet are, is dusty. Wenn every next visitor pay 155Dollar for room cleaning, it would except good job for this price...-There was no kettle. there was a small capsule coffee machine. But drinking the tea or getting warm water was impossible. Cleanliness in the bathroom was good.I hope I help somebody to get the right impression.

The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular! The sun literally rose right in front of our unit. The beaches weren’t crowded and the chairs came with the rental! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great host and room but resort itself is slipping

The positive: Beautiful full ocean views, nice room, exactly as pictured, check in was easy, host was very responsive and accommodating. Full access to all the hotels amenities, included valet parking, and spa w/ no resort fees are huge perks representing a considerable savings that cannot be overlooked. The negative: With the recent opening of the convention center at the Fontainebleau, the hotel seems more geared toward accommodating convention goers than vacationing guests. 9 of the 20 rooms on our floor during our stay were actually converted to conference rooms with conventioneers coming and going all hours of the day. All the furniture including the beds were removed from the rooms at 2am on Sunday and replaced with tables and chairs, waking us out of a sound sleep. On our floor, coffee and food stations were set up in the hallway and there was a reception desk outside of the elevators the whole week, making us feel like we were vacationing at work. The elevators broke from overuse for a day (a common occurrence over the years) and guests had to take the stairs or wait in long lines for the service elevator. For half our stay, every restaurant in the hotel was sold out for private parties hosted by the myriad of conventions taking place. Housekeeping could not keep up with spills in the common areas of the hotel and cups and waste were just left on tables for days. Wifi is very spotty in this room and Verizon cellular has no signal at all.

Awesome Stay In Miami Beach

We could not be happier with our choice to stay at this property! The view when you first open the door out to the ocean is off the charts. The room was clean, comfortable, and close enough to everything but not too close. The property allowed us to enjoy whatever experience we were in the mood for. A spa experience, hanging out by the pool, the beach, exercise, and fun cocktails at many different locations. Love this property. Host has great communication. 5 Stars!!

Highly recommend this unit/host

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The room was very clean and spacious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The host responded to all our questions and needs promptly. I would definitely return and I definitely recommend this unit/host.

Great stay but pay attention to the billing

Fountainbleu is great, the room is really nice. Everything was really nice, but you need to pay attention to the billing. You need to make sure that after you check-in, you take the car to park at 4391 Collins Ave, not at the front desk. I was charged for parking and had to get the parking charge removed, the front desk told me that their "system" couldn't handle the free parking. Also, was charged 500 at check-in as a "hold" for incidentals, and now I have to get that reversed as well.

Place was as described. The unit could use some updating and deep cleaning. No ice vending in that tower so very inconvenient to stay hydrated. Pillows were old and need replaced. Bathtub and shower both were not clean upon arrival. Location of property was great! View was amazing.

Great classy play to stay

Room was beautiful with a full ocean view. Everything about the hotel was great- they think of everything!!! BEWARE THOUGH THERE IS A 155plus tax cleaning fee that is not disclosed in the total amount you pay to rent. Owner and VRBO say it is in the rental agreement which I was not ( and still can not)access due to an error message- lesson learned. I had no idea that they could hide fees there

Great experience

My friends and I stayed at Fontainbleau for two nights before our cruise to Bahamas. We were very pleased especially with the balcony and the ocean view. We could literally see a gorgeous sun rise still being in bed. The location, close distance to nice restaurants, coffee shop, swimming pools and beautiful beach was a big plus. Two free vouchers for Lapis Spa entrance were also very nice gesture. Communication with condo manager was really good. We also appreciated opportunity to check out 2 hours later, since our cruise boarding was in the afternoon. Overall great experience. We definitely would stay at this place again in the future.

Love the Fontainebleau

Great location, room was clean and everything worked save for weak WiFi in the room. The amenities at the hotel are fantastic, if not pricey. Smooth check in, check out and communication with host. Everything was as described and we look forward to our next stay, Thank you!!

Wasn't bad

Couldn't figure out the parking, it says free parking but when i asked front desk about it i was told $70 per night, end it up parking my vehicle a city parking lot next door. Overall good....prices at the the resort were a little high which was expected, at the end of your stay they will hit you with a cleaning fee of $170 that is not mentioned from the beginning just fyi.

Relaxing trip to Miami

Just Book Through the Hotel!

I gave average or 3 stars for cleanliness and accuracy of lidting bc i didnt have an opportunity to actually experience the property. My review is primarily about the abismal service itself. There is no real benefit in booking through a property owner here. The policies will screw you innthe event of a natural disaster or anything else beyond your control. With the hotel you can cancel within 24 hours of your stay. Mustafa will absolutely not be amenable to canceling or even rescheduling even if the city is flooded and flights are canceled. Its not worth it to lose your money as I have. I stay here a couple times a yr and usually book directly through the hotel but decided why not use VRBO this time. Never again using VRBO as there are no protections or reasonable human consideration for the consumer from the property owner, Mustafa or VRBO. This was a complete loss for me and my family and thet absolutely did not care.
