This property has an upscale ambiance for a great rate, service was great, Italian restaurant food was excellent and location perfect to get around downtown Miami. I will be recommending all my clients to the Gala when they are traveling to Miami.

We loved staying here! It's in a convenient location, not far from Bayside, and there are plenty of shops a few blocks away (including Target). We didn't come for the basketball, but took advantage of staying so nearby and went to a game. Was a nice surprise to have 2 bedrooms (instead of 2 beds in a room), but some parents may be worried about that too. Great facilities in the rooms as there were kitchens with microwaves, and washing up products were provided even though we didn't need them. Breakfast was a little lacking, and thestaff weren't always attentive so waiting times we longer even though there was no-one at breakfast, but they were all really friendly once we got their attention! Slightly later check-out was not free which was extremely surprising as we had a 7 month old baby and were only asking for an extra hour.

The hotel was, beautiful and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom suite was well appointed with an amazing view of the bay and the city from the spacious balcony. The location was great a short walk to free monorail and Bayside Park.We would definitely stay again.

No issue with the actual property because I plan on staying there in the future and stayed their already once. I had an issue with the room. I booked Cityview Two Bedroom Residences With Three Beds, Kitchen & Balcony and it stated 1,000 sf and I don’t think that was the correct room but I was told it is. It was a jack and Jill bathroom and tiny living room and kitchen area. The view was terrible so book ocean view specifically because it does make a difference. This time staying there I did not care of view because we were there for one night and needed more beds.

check in was seamless. they accommodated us early without a issue. Karen made the whole process a breeze. the room was huge. clean and had the most gorgeous view of the bayside market the only down side i would say isn't even a big deal.. some of the desk employees are just newer employees but once you ask for further assistance.

The restaurant opened at 8 am even though the sign on the door said it opened at 7 am. The room attendant did not replenish water in room for a 3 day stay. However the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
