This property needs serious deferred maintenance. The couches are ripped, mold smell all-around the apartment and this apartment is half the size of advertised 3,000 sq ft. The host lied on the square footage. We forgot our phone charger at the location and the host made no efforts to look for it or contact us back. I would stay away from this property as it is non-habitual.

The only good thing that was not even the best was the location. Our highlight of the property was being so close to the beach and the valet service being amazing. Host was not helpful and gave us a different room than what we paid for. We paid for a room with 3 beds and a bigger bathroom vanity and got a two bed with a small bathroom. Our confirmation showed us getting the room we paid for including the apartment number but once we were ready to check in it changed to a completely different room. The first thing when walking in was a terrible musty smell. Now all our clothing, bags, and personal items smell like this must and have to be deep cleaned since we are worried about the mold growing in that place. The room was in terrible condition, the walls were terrible with lots of water damage, the tv barely worked, the toilet had urine in it upon arrival, there was mold on the standing lamp and in the trash can, water smelt bad, the shower wasn’t clean enough to even use, the handle was barely on the shower knob, the place had hair on the ground, wasn’t cleaned properly considering a lighter was left under the bed, and lastly the door did not have a deadbolt. The only way to the lock the door was by holding a button which did not feel safe in a city like Miami. The property had many flaws like the bottom floor flooding and the elevators sounding like they were ready to fall apart. I would not recommend this place or this host to anyone going to Miami.

We stayed for 4 days and were very pleased with our experience. The administration was always available and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great amenities and location
Great location, literally right next to the beach and about 20-25 minutes away from downtown Miami/south beach. Amenities are amazing- the heated pool is a gem and the bar by the pool has great service, good priced drinks/food with very friendly staff. The gym was under construction but will be nice to see what they do with it. There’s also several shops available including a Cuban breakfast spot with fresh coffee. Honestly you get what you pay for. The room had several issues, from having no lock (it was broken off) to the shower head falling off, and the room being freezing with no working temp control. But for the price the view was great and it really makes up in amenities. Oh and the power went out on the last day of my stay. I had to walk my suitcases down 9 flights of stairs. Lol. But the bright side is a very friendly valet member helped me. Just know what you’re getting for the price. I would honestly stay here again. It seems that the building is working on fixing the problems, doing some renovations, and the staff was very friendly.

Had 4 ppl in the room only 3 towels to shower . wouldnt give us but 3 towels for the 4 days , even after we asked told us no . If we wanted fresh towels we needed to wash em our selves .

Good evening, the property had several broken items, including all of the drawers for the bathroom cabinet, and all of the desk drawers were missing and or broken. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient and basically in existent. The windows to the room were also broken, abd unable to open. Additionally, the staff at the establishment was extremely rude and unhelpful.

They do not respond when you tell them problems. They have cockroaches in the apartment and will NOT RESPOND. If you ask them what time is checkout they respond but if you mention problems then they sound surprised and won't respnd. There were many broken items in the apartment.

I like that they had stores in the inside of the hotel that closes late but I did not like tht the front desk could not help with anything .all they said was they deal with check in and check outs and we have to contact the host jst get more towels and the host doesn’t answer for hours !!

I don't know how this kind of properties staying listed in expedia. Photos doesn't match with the reallity. Also terrible odour outside and inside the aparment. I don't recommended at all.
