Patience needed :)

The rooms and pool area and gym are all great - no complaints. The only snag is the elevators - always one or two out of service. And staff constantly use the guest elevators ( presumably the one service elevator too slow). Net result is a lot of waiting - and on holiday, time is precious.

This property is very nice and everything is pink. Billing everything to my room was very pricey and resort fees but this Miami beach should be expected. I really enjoyed my stay. I really like that your can text the front desk at anytime for your convenience

Unfortunately we had some issues with service - provided only 2 new clean towels daily for a suite room with 4 girls and waited over an hour for them to arrive, tvs did not have streaming and live channels constantly glitched, one elevator was down and elevators were slow, lunch at the restaurant by the pool took over an hour for us to get our salads! I know these experiences may be bad luck, but it really dampened our stay which is so sad because the hotel was aesthetically so cute for a girls trip!

Unsafe!

Don't stay here if you care about your family's safety. We stayed with our ten year old daughter. We all went up to the sunset pool to watch the sunset. Both me and my daughter were electrocuted by one of the covered lamps that are all around the property. It was so strong that it left a mark on my daughter and I can still feel the pain in my hand. I have epilepsy and getting shocked could cause a major seizure and kill me. I reported all of this to Kristina the manager. She filled out an incident report and said she would get back to me in a few days after their investigation. Well I never heard back. I even tried calling and they said they would get back to me. Since they don't care at all about their guests safety now I am contacting a lawyer.

This resort charges $66 per day for a resort fee, yet in a peak Christmas week, three of the four hot tubs were Not working. The two main swimming pools were cold causing many children to flock to the hot tubs where the water was acceptable. The Hotel's beach area did Not have enough beach chairs and umbrellas, causing hotel guests to have to sit on towels without chairs. These issues were discussed with the Hotel manager who said the issues are noted, nonetheless no corrective action took place. If you scroll back to November 2023, another family wrote in these exact issues which means that no remediation took place - the Hotel management does not care. There are dozens of other hotels on the beach, sat AWAY from the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami.
