The room in the hotel was filthy. The toilet could barely drop the water down. To get to the room you will need to pass another building. The hotel had it reserved parking at the Pelican garage which had a sign that said 25 dollars for 5 hours at the entrance which I did not notice and the hotel did not inform the guests and you would end up paying for overnight parking about 60-90 dollars.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is very clean, our room was spacious and confortable. Location is great right on Ocean Drive! Beach is right there. Also we had free bikes from the hotel! Be prepared for the music noise on Ocean Drive at least until midnight, but that’s South Beach…we will come back. Daniel & Celeste

Classic art deco hotel in a great location. Liked getting beach towels and chairs and walking across to spend time on the beach. Lots of great dining nearby. Had a room in the corner overlooking the street and the restaurant/bar, but didn't realize the windows were not completely closed until the day after we listed to the music on a Saturday night until 2:30 am. Ask for a quiet room.

Our stay was above our expectations! I have stayed in South Beach before but this location is really where all the action is. If you are OK with a little noise from the shows at night (until 1-3am max on weekends) this place is great! We were surely OK and appreciated the excellent service and lovely modernized rooms. I would stay there again!

Best property in the area for those on a budget. Yes it's a bit loud from the music at the bar, but not as bad as I'd heard from others (then again I stayed on the fourth floor). Public parking garage is a few minutes walk away ($20/day). The staff was friendly, rooms modern and clean, and the area around the hotel felt safe. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but the ocean and beautiful beach is steps away. I would definitely consider staying here again.
