Property was clean and our room was kept tidy daily by housekeeping. Did however had a mix up with the room which we booked but Daniel at the Front Desk Quickly sorted that out. Only downside is you could hear every Siren of every Police car, Ambulance, Fire Truck so it’s a bit noisy but it was an ok stay.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this last time was very different in the bad way. Maybe just was out of luck, but the room was dirty, the bathroom had a weird smell and in the room we heard a lot of behind the wall water pipes.

Checking in was a joke, not sure if it was due to booking through Hotels.com or not. I was told to come back at a specific time, which i did, and then told no rooms were available yet, but i noticed people that didn't look like me rooms were available for them. And then told to stand in the lobby, after mentioning not sure how long i would have to wait. Never again....PEACE OUT!!!!

Beautiful, clean, great location!

Beautiful hotel and great location! Within walking distance to Brickell City Center with shops and restaurants and also close to metromover to easily get to other areas of downtown like Bayfront Park. Room was clean and modern. Hotel has great amenities - pool, restaurant, bar, outdoor patio area. Would definitely stay here again and would stay longer. We were only there for one day before our cruise and it was convenient to get to the port in the morning (the hotel has a 3rd party shuttle service or can easily get an Uber/Lyft).

Had to learn how to maneuver the shower handle to get the hot water. Bring it up fast to the end of the dial, otherwise no hot water…other than that, hotel and room were great. Friendly staff, ty

Poor customer service

The room was fine, but unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory. When we booked, we contacted the hotel directly to request a late checkout. We were told that it would be no problem and to just let them know the day before. I called the hotel the day before and they said that a late checkout was not possible due to the hotel being overbooked. After I explained the situation, I was told to contact them on the morning of to see what can be done. I spoke directly to the front desk staff around the 7:45am and got the same response. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he wasn't available until 9am. I went to my meeting and found some time to call the hotel and spoke to a helpful person that was pleasant and told me it would be no problem, they would extend my checkout till 12pm. Relieved, I continued with my meeting and arrived at the hotel at 11:30 am to pick up my belongings only to discover that my room key didn't work. I went to the front desk to speak to the lady who kindly informed me that they had tried to contact me at my room (?) to inform me that my late checkout request had been denied. After much haggling I was finally able to get a working room key so that I could get my belongings and leave. This was a very frustrating and unnecessary customer service experience. Surely, the hotel could've made some sort of exception rather than a put a paying guest through so much difficulty. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Great location but would not stay again !

Location great however although I’d requested a quiet room this was not it 1507 has an interconnecting door so you can hear every conversation from the next room and they were loud. Also the rooms are not soundproofed at all hearing every flush of the toilet and train/tram outside also. However the worst but about our room is the sofa bed every time my son moved in it the springs make a terrible noise not at all what I would expect for the money paid ….

This hotel was in perfect location and the room was spacious and clean! Reason I gave it 4 stars: it was so loud at night, you can hear everything going on outside and in our room you would hear, what I assume is water pipes, all night long. Sounded like when someone flushes a toilet and the pipe had to be right by the bed’s headboard because it was loud and clear. But assigned from that I would stay here again.
