Charming boutique hotel and the location couldn’t be better. The review would be a 5 if it weren’t for the sporadic housekeeping. We had to call daily for clean towels, clean glasses etc.

I love the restaurant inside of the hotel. I love the shopping and night life around the hotel. The staff was excellent. I will stay here again when looking for a nice boutique style hotel.

The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. One of the few hotels with a pool that overlooks Ocean Blvd. too. We got a room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. This was a great place to stay in South Beach!

Location is great! Had to have the linens changed upon arrival as large holes and rips in comforter and sheets. Staff were attentive and friendly. Asked front desk to get us a taxi for early morning flight…time taxi showed up was incorrect and was a private driver that ended up charging us $70 for a ride to airport. Felt very taken advantage of by hotel staff for that. Taxi rate for same trip was in $25-30 neighborhood.

Pino and the front desk desk staff were welcoming, accommodating and efficient. They went extra mile to make sure I and my guests were well taken care of. The hotel is the most beautiful and breathtaking renovation of the classic deco hotels on South Beach. The rooms are luxe.

Be aware of scam!

Upon check-in, they gave us a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, which we had not booked. We had reserved a King Suite, which is much larger and $200 per day more expensive. The hotel agreed to provide us with the room we originally booked, but only after two nights. When I asked why this happened, they told me they had no idea why we were assigned to the lower-cost room. To me, it is a classic hotel scam - so be aware! In fact, when I discussed this incident with another guest, she told us that this scam is somewhat typical in the Miami Beach area; she said she had experienced the exact same issue previously. The hotel has not offered any reimbursement for the two nights we stayed in a smaller and less expensive room. Finally, the hotel description says they have a heated pool. This is not true. The pool was not heated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and property. Great location...with ability to walk to nearby restuarants, beach, and Lincoln Shopping area. Muscle Beach, nickname, close by. Nice, clean room but our room had a high sided bathtub making it difficult for us to get in. No bar to hold onto. A good choice hotel along Ocean Drive. Coffee provide gratis early morning. Nice pool area.
