It is close to air port but access road to property is not clearly marked so difficult to reach. Lighting in the room amd maintenance was very poor. Wifi is very slow, room keys did not work at least 3 times everyday and at last they have to come to room and program the lock,

This property wears the Wydham name however was not up to wydham standards. We arrived to a room with lamps hanging out of the wall. The room looked nothing like the pictures. When we asked for more towels we were told we’d have to wait until the next day. The conditions were so poor that none of us showered or even brushed our teeth. When we arrived for breakfast they were out and we were told they weren’t going to replenish. The beds were uncomfortable and a spring hut my aunt in the face. Overall the quality of this property is piss poor. When I contacted Expedia they couldn’t reach the property to even confirm our cancellation nor refund. Expedia took good care of us and we were able to locate another property by Marriott.

Spend more and go else where..

Sign on front of building was out, made it hard to find at night. Standard lock on the door would not lock, no washcloths in the room. 3 super flat pillows, a bed that was on verge of breaking. Got a parking warning in the morning, but when i checked the night before the staff did not ask for a license plate or ask if we had a car to park Room 409 stayed on 3.10.25 to 3.11.25

The beds were not comfortable, the hotel is old, the carpet not vacuumed. The breakfast was not inviting. Too crowded, nowhere to sit. The DOVE bath accessories were wonderful.

I booked this with the understanding that it was a 2.5 star hotel but it was EXCEPTIONALLY disappointing especially for the price. Staff was not knowledgeable. Hotel was dirty, rooms were not clean (so much so that we checked the sheets to make sure they were changed and there weren’t bugs), air conditioning didn’t work, air port shuttle didn’t show up and no one at the hotel would answer the phone to tell us.
