I'll start with the good: the property managers were extremely responsive and communicative, making check in seamless and easy. Parking was in an attached garage, and free. The room was nice enough, with a functional kitchenette, and the location excellent.
The bad, which turned out to be really bad: This unit is in a hotel. The walls are paper thin, and it appears that a larger unit was divided into two in order to rent to multiple people. Depending on who ends up next to you, it can be fine or it can be hell. We ended up with a couple smoking something that made them cough as if they were dying on the adjoining balcony every few hours, including during the night, and the noise was intolerable. Although we reported it and asked to be moved... alas... renting privately in a hotel does not give you that option. We ended up leaving early, booking another room elsewhere, and losing our money.
According to management, they told security, but ultimately, this wasn't their problem. I wouldn't advise booking here because if things don't go well, you won't be accommodated with another space, and you won't get your money back. That is very frustrating to say the least.
