During the check out, we asked about the clarification for the charges we did not recognized in the receipt, and the receptionist, I believe named Victoria went inside and did not came out. After more than 30 minutes, we asked the different receptionist /staff and she went inside and looked for the previous one, came out without any answer. Later, she helped. We felt we were ignored, and very unprofessional.

We loved this hotel and it's location. You're right on the beach, right by great restaurants, and close to night entertainment. This hotel was perfect for us! We stayed here after we got back from a cruise because it was close to the port too.

This hotel was great. The only complaint which is a temporary problem and was a little annoying at times was that one elevator was out of service. It didn’t help that some people use the elevator to up or down one floor instead of the stairs

I didn’t stay and cancelled my confirmation early October. I called confirmed that nothing was registered for this stay. I have stay here many times in the pass with no problem. Love the access to beach. I called the sales office and left a message, but didn’t get a call back. I’m stopping payment on this charge.

“Facility in need of a refresh”. The last time we were here was just before the pandemic. The place is showing some signs of decline. The elevator (1 of 2) was out of service for our entire 5 night stay. The elevator that was in service was always packed; slow, delayed & even out of service on Sunday evening for an hour. Not exactly the best phenomena to encounter in active flu season and a packed house. The same thing for the hot tub (1 of 1); or should I say cold tub. The hot tub becomes clutch when a cold snap arrives. The in-room technology offerings were dated. It is ashamed to see a unique art deco design hotel in such decline. Marriott should sell it to someone who is willing to invest in the property. The staff (Front Desk(Victoria) , housekeeping, pool (LJ) and beach staff (Gary) are fantastic, friendly, accommodating and keep the place super clean. Management (Dalton) seemed indifferent to concerns expressed. At this point we are not really sure why there is an extra daily fee ($48) for a facility charge (2 beach chairs?) added to the bill. No one minds paying for value but we are currently struggling to find it at the Marriott Stanton in South Beach. Bon Voyage

It is a beautiful Hotel ,very clean and everyone was professional and friendly and helpful. I was glad that I requested a room at a lower floor so I wouldn't hv to wait for the elevator bc only one was functional the 2nd one was broken, there was always a long wait for the elevatore infact for the most part we were climbing the stairs , plus I was disappointed of the whirlpool at the pool area bc the water was not at all warm enough even the pool watet could hv been a bit warmer as well.
