This property was everything! My sons and I stayed in the classy double. It was huge! The beds were heavenly!!! It was just an overnight stay but I want to go back and stay here. It was across the street from Bayport! Shops and eatery galore right on the marina! It was a great start to our vacation! A short ride to the port for our cruise as well! And CVS right across the street for those items you may have forgotten! All I will say is you can't always believe everything you read. Try it for yourself! So glad we did!!! Oh...they have a great candy store in the shops, Fat Tuesdays drinks were excellent, and Five Guys definitely was a great dinner!!!

I had booked two rooms with a sea view. The rooms were large and comfortable, but in the second room, there wasn't enough pressure to take a shower, and the valve broke on my hand. I asked for it to be fixed and was immediately assisted, but the hotel employee said that there was no pressure in the pipes. I changed rooms at 10:00 pm and this new room, much smaller, had a view of the wall and a bathtub with a very strong shower. Judging by the floor plan, it was the smallest room the hotel had. Was it anger at the attendant that caused this?

Hotel needs gutting and a complete refurb. Bedding had hairs from previous visitors. Heating and AC unit in the ceiling sounded like it was an aircraft engine starting up with bits coming loose! Room was small but on the top PH floor. 17 floors and only 2 very slow lifts. Charged extra $35 for 1hr early check-in. Charged extra $20 for local amenity? TV service non existent but was told it was being fixed, although having read previous reviews this was a blatant lie. No options to cast as an alternative as TV was 10yrs old. Only positive about this place is its location.

The location was near the mall which was nice. However, there were only two elevators available for all the people, so during check-in it took about an hour for everyone to get their luggage into the rooms. Our room toilet was clogged to which took a couple hours for the maintenance team to fix. Also, the television was very spotty with most of the channels not working. You're paying for the location only.

Horrible!!! They charged extra if you wanted to check in before 4:00 even though our rooms were ready. I had 12 people in my group which represented 5 rooms. Only one elevator... Most people staying at the hotel we noticed had to carry their own luggage up the stairs. They severely booked way too many people at the same time slot for the vans to the cruise. At the very moment she was telling me that they had no room on the 11:00 shuttle she was selling another couple 2 tickets for the very same shuttle. She said: "Well you'll have to get in line and its first come first served". there was an entire lobby FULL of people all with luggage getting ready for a cruise, oh and did I mention there was only one elevator. lastly... NO ONE CARED!!!!!! Its located by some great shopping and restaurants but the hotel itself was terrible. wouldn't stay again even if it were free.

Tavern staff were excellent (friendly and professional) and the food was good. Front desk staff provided what we asked for-- sheets for the sofa bed, more towels, more hangers. I loved the Christmas decorations. Room: Nice art work on the walls. Daily bed service worked fine. The carpet in hallways and in our room was always dusty, as if the vacuum cleaners were broken. There was no luggage table, coffee accessories were missing. Lighting in our room was too bright, and missing a floor lamp. The room had an odd foyer that served no purpose. Bathroom fan was broken.

The hotel carpets have a musty smell. The elevators are so slow and so small, the wait times for an elevator can take up to an hour. there were only two cars. Each car only fits about 6 people with no luggage. The washroom was so small. The toilet was loose. The water faucet to turn on the shower was broken. The shower its self was dirty. It still had hair from the previous occupants. The door hinges and light fixtures in the bathroom were badly rusted. The carpets were dirty, stained, and damaged. The television was damaged as well as it had a section damaged on the screen.
