For the price of our hotel room ($450 ish) for 1 night 2 queen beds I would expect a cleaner room. There was so much dust everywhere. The wallpaper was coated with dust also.

This hotel used to be very elegant. The rooms just keep getting worse every time we come. This time, there was no body wash in the shower, and the whole floor (12th) smelled like weed. There is no access to a refrigerator or microwave, like in most hotels. You can’t get anything but bar food later in the evening. Very expensive to stay. If you’re staying here, you’re going to spend a lot of money.

My room was never cleaned, even though I requested service. Also the table in the room was QUITE FILTHY. Glad I only stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel is huge and in perfect proximity to take in a Red Wings game. Unfortunately the white bed had a large yellow stain on the cover, as if it hadn’t been changed or cleaned and something in the ventilation system made a very large, jarring noise about once an hour all through the night. No one was able to sleep well. Beds seemed comfy enough though. I just expected a bit more for the price we paid
