Hotel had a horrible odor, had to purchase LYSOL to disinfect the room. Neighboring tenants were smoking in a supposedly "Non-Smoking" hotel. The front staff or management was extremely RUDE and not helpful.

Everything is good, only downside is that they allow pets in the rooms. Room in which we stayed has an area with carpet. Capet smells bad. I crack open the window and turn air on high to air out the room. Otherwise, employees are friendly. Food is good, towels and bedding are clean.

I normally don’t complain but my stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. I have stayed at the Comfort Suites in Midland and they were awesome. My stay at the one in Odessa was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. My sheets had blood on them and when I asked the desk they said it was furniture polish. If that’s the truth why would you make a bed with stained sheets. The towels had blood on them and there was a wet washcloth sitting on the bathroom counter when I arrived in the room which made me think the room had not been cleaned since the last person stayed there. The AC didn’t work effectively so I asked for a room change which I was not given. They did change my sheets but by that time it was too late. I didn’t stay the second night because I was paranoid I would get bed bugs. I will never stay at comfort suites again after this. I also wrote into comfort suites to complain and they didn’t reply so obviously they don’t care either.
