There was urine all over walls in bathroom and black mold on walls. The entirety of room was disgusting. I wiped the sink alone and the towel was black!

The pillows were not pillows, bumpy and small. The bed was extremely small. The air conditioner was very loud and kept us up all night. It sounded like someone was peeling out in the parking lot every hour, but it was the air conditioner starting up. We were woken up by a man screaming and banging on doors looking for a Courtney and a Ricky. When we left extremely early due to the noise, there were face and hand marks on my windows and handles due to someone looking in my car and trying to get in. I will never stay here again, this was not like any La Quinta I have ever stayed at. Staff was nice but it won’t make up for the poor conditions.

Very Disappointing Stay – Requested Refund I booked this hotel for three nights but could not stay due to the very poor conditions of the room. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and not properly maintained. There were cockroaches in the bathtub, the shower leaked water from the bottom, and the walls around the tub were stained red. The entire room smelled unpleasant, and the beds were not even properly made. Although there was ongoing construction, the room was clearly not in habitable condition. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so I left immediately and requested a full refund for the three nights I did not stay. Unfortunately, the hotel management has refused to issue my refund. Expedia has been trying to help me resolve this matter, but the hotel manager has been unresponsive and unavailable. This was a very bad experience, and I don’t believe it is fair to be charged for a room that was dirty, unsafe, and unlivable. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel.

We checked in to this property and upon entering the rooms we saw mold all over the ceiling and walls. We immediately left. When we asked for a refund they would not refund our first night because they said we used the room and dirtied it the first night. There is no way they should have been putting people in these rooms. Major health concern. Dirty rooms.
