I wanted to love the place from the pictures but I would not stay here again, especially if bringing children.
The day of our stay we got the check in information. It would not be sent to us beforehand.
We arrived at 4pm after being denied early check in which after the fact I found out it would be a $25 fee. The “cleaner” was just leaving. Upon arrival, the floors and stairs were dirty with hairs, there was trash left on the floor, a dirty bandaid left behind by couch. The soap container for the downstairs bathroom was clearly filled with water and a tiny bit of soap. The walls were dented, scratches, and an overall odor by the kitchen. I feel like we should get the cleaning fee back.
The Wi-Fi is not what is emailed to you in the check in instructions so had to email the host who responded very quickly and the router had the correct login info.
What really bothered me is that there was no ac/heat ducts in one of the rooms. In the other room, the light wasn’t working. There also appeared to be something like ketchup on one of the bedroom ceilings. The check in instructions were very specific about remote locations, but they were not listed in the accurate spots. The check in instructions said there would be complimentary wine but there was no wine.
Also, the game room is not kid friendly if planning to bring children. Outlets were open and cords exposed.
