We stayed overnight after a Sunday lunch at the local Tonic Restaurant which was a very short stroll away. It was so convenient to book a one night stay.
The building is charming and accommodation was cosy and comfortable with a pretty leafy backyard, spacious bathroom with large spa and much welcomed air-conditioning and ceiling fan. It was sweetly decorated with the pharmacy's historic nostalgia which was quite interesting.
It's located extremely close to the town centre but given it's the historic pharmacy, it is situated on a main road in and out of the town so there is a bit of traffic noise. If you close the bedroom door, it dulls the traffic noise but if you are a light sleeper you may need to take earplugs.
It is located a very short walk to the IGA grocer, excellent cafes, cellar doors and cute shops. The towns historic buildings are so charming, so it was fun to stay in one of the originals.
Communication with agent was efficient and helpful.
