Lovely friends/family getaway weekend
We own a small business and like to host a team retreat with families annually (when we can). This home was perfect! Everyone had their own private space as well as plenty of joint space to spread out and enjoy the weekend together. I was very impressed with the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and while my husband brought what he needed to cook, we were pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen set up with plenty of pots/pans/bowls/utensils and dishes. The home was absolutely accommodating to our group of 11. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space!

Beautiful, fun, and relaxing!
We took a group of three families with adults and kids of all ages for the week of New Year’s. We all found the house to be cozy and full of amenities for everyone. Some people lounged in the hot tub while others went on a hike and others played foosball. We had a group of people who love to cook and the house had all the pots and pans and other necessities you could want. Also, close enough to get to all the cute shops and restaurants in Blue Ridge to go on a whim. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Amazing home, great location!
We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The house was incredibly clean, organized and functional. Literally, anything you’d expect or want from a home- they thought of. We had everything we needed. Steve and Jodi were amazing hosts with great communication. Highly recommend for any occasion. Kids loved the bunk rooms, playground and arcade room. Great amenities for all ages. Property is just stunning, walk to creek was so much fun, we found turkey feathers and kids loved that! It’s a very short drive to downtown Blue Ridge and grocery store. We will be back!

Outstanding house and location
This house is stunning, inside and out. The pool area is gorgeous. There’s not a single thing missing that we needed for our 7 nights. The beds are big and comfortable. The ping pong table, darts and shuffle board room was so fun. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Fantastic Family Reunion Location!!
Every year we have a family reunion and this property was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool and playground and had plenty of room to play. The teenagers enjoyed ping pong, darts and pool. The adults had plenty of time to relax and enjoy each others company. Jodi and Steve were responsive and so helpful all week. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Wedding Venue
My fiancé and I rented Southern Orchard house for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier! Not only was the cabin absolutely gorgeous inside and out, the hosts, Jodi and Steve, were amazing. Family Had A Blast In Beautiful House
We had 9 adults and 5 grandkids staying in this beautiful house with pool. The house is well laid out for both kids and adults. The kitchen is fabulous with easy cooking and cleaning with up-to-date stainless steel appliances. Large deck space off of living room with tables and hot tub. Easy walk down to the pool with fantastic waterfall and well designed/ groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers. Easy 15 minute ride to Super Wall Mart for groceries, etc. The house is well setback from the road to give quiet and privacy for the house. Every night we had visits from a mother deer and her two fawns. Very quick response from the wonderful owners on requests for more pool towels and other minor stuff. Owners have were very much interested in our having a relaxing annual family reunion. Thanks!!

Outstanding!!
My son and grandson were visiting from France and we wanted a place where the entire family could come together, relax and yet have plenty of family time around the pool, in the game room and around the dinner table. It's not easy to find such a beautiful home that can accommodate 15 people with comfort. Jodi's home exceeded our expectations by far! She was an excellent host and the property was immaculate. I highly recommend this property and we will return!

Great family vacation spot
This property was excellent for our family. We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 6 years old to a newly walking 1 year old. Everyone had plenty of space - there are so many nooks to hang out and the kids never tired of the pool and treehouse. We didn’t even fully utilize the pool table or ping pong areas! The kitchen was perfect for many family dinners, it had everything needed and more. For the youngest in our crew, there was a pack n play, high chair and baby gates for the stairs. We did opt to ask grandparents to bring their baby gate as it has an easy door in it for the other kids to easily go to and from their bunks in the basement. We adventured to the creek, picked blackberries and the evenings were just magical for adults to stargaze from the pool/hot tub/fire table. The deer and rabbits were so fun to watch in the field. I could go on… thank you to Jodi and Steve for being amazing hosts!

60th Birthdays
Our entire family (5 sons, 3 daughters-in law, 4 grandchildren) had an amazing time at Southern Orchard! The accommodations and amenities were the best---even little details were provided. We had a week that provided lots of "Liquid Sunshine", but that did not dampen our fun AND we saved on sunscreen! We definitely reccommend this property if you are in the market for a fabulous North Georgia vacation

Family Getaway
We went with a family of 15 and were very happy. Everything was clean and working. Property was very private with lots of room for everyone to spread out and do your own thing. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire fit and playing corn hole in the back yard. Communication with Owner Jodi was excellent which made our trip that much easier. Looking forward to trying another one of their properties.

Spring Break in the Mountains
We stayed at this property for our Spring Break! The beaches in Alabama where we are from would have been too cold this time of year, so we decided on a change of scenery. This house was perfect! We had four families with kids ranging from 3-12 and everyone had a blast. The owners were wonderful to work with. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!!!

Fantastic stay in Mineral Bluff!
We had a fantastic stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. The kids absolutely loved hiking by the creek and playing in the tree house. The adults loved the fire pit, extremely comfortable king beds and the overall peacefulness of the property. We saw deer and wild turkeys which the kids loved as welll.
