We were disappointed by the curb appeal, the entrance to the lower level was covered with Creeping Charlie. The walk down to the fire pit sitting area was covered in weeds and I had a rash appear on my left leg the next morning. This appeared to be poison ivy. On arrival we were informed the hostess working on getting the hot tub chemicals correct and her daughter was still cleaning the inside. Arrival time is 4:00 and we arrived after 5:00. Later in the evening the host came down and was surprised to see my daughter and I sitting in the lower outdoor patio. She stated she was concerned about the cover not being on the hot tub. We were waiting for the girls to come back out. Major concern was the stairwell inside that separates the area from the host who was staying upstairs. The stairway appears to have some kind of pocket door that is not secure. We also could hear everything going on upstairs, the first morning we heard utensils clinging on the side of a dish and several loud groaning screams. That night we were woken around 11:00 with upstair steps going back and forth on the upper level and sliding glass doors opening and closing. We were woken again at 6:00 with someone arriving upstairs very uncomfortable and way to much noise upstairs.

Spacious living room and open concept kitchen. Nice master bedroom Wish there were screens on the windows so I could get fresh air since it’s a basement walk out and you can’t control the temperature No live TV, only streaming Hot tub cover was too heavy to take off so I didn’t get to use it as I had hoped Convenient location to where I needed to be on the west side of the Minneapolis suburbs

Love and laughter shared and memories made in a comfortable, clean space that allowed for all Of us to hang together whether it was by the fire, in the living room or on the deck. So worth it!!
Me and a few others stayed here for a night and it was amazing! even with the cold weather the hot tub was so nice. my only complaint is that there’s only one working wii remote, but everything else makes up for it!

One of the Very Best
This is a gorgeous property located in beaautiful quiet neighborhood. The large windows overlook the woods and even in the rain it was relaxing and spa-like. The open space layout and large kitchen create a resort feel away from home. Debbie was an excellent host and very accommodating to our needs. She adapted her space to our needs when she learned we had mobility issues. She quickly refunded one day rent when we had to leave early. 5 of 5 stars.

Charming VRBO in an Ideal Location!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful VRBO, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been more convenient, situated close enough to the city and attractions, but far enough away to relax and not be disturbed. The property itself was a hidden gem, exuding charm and character at every turn. From the cozy living spaces to the tastefully decorated bedrooms, it felt like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel relaxed. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the exceptional service provided by the property manager. They were incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone seeking a memorable and convenient city experience. It offers the perfect combination of a fantastic location, quaint property, and a property manager who genuinely cares about their guests. We can't wait to return!

Nice... but with problems
First of all, Deb was very sweet and communication was good. but there were multiple issues with our stay... Firstly, only a couple days before our stay she lets us know there will be construction going on during the stay. At that point it is too late for us to cancel and if she knew construction was going to be happening, the property should NOT have been available. Secondly the door between her section of the property and our section was only a sliding door, similar to one found on a closet. There was NO ability to lock the door (which I think is against the terms of service for VRBO) and she could have popped down at any time! (Which she did once to ask us to move our vehicle due to the construction, when we parked in the correct spot she told us to in the first place.) She also asked to come into the property to look for her purse, which we allowed, but then she stuck around and wanted to talk, when we were ON OUR HONEYMOON. we wanted privacy and received little. If you are a group staying or have many additional requests, this might be a good fit. (As according to the guest book Deb seems very accommodating) however if you and more introverted like us, or are looking for privacy, this may not be the best fit for you.

Weekend Getaway for Dinner + Life Updates
My husband and I wanted to get some of our closes friends together to eat, be around them and update them on some milestones we’ve recently met. Our group of friends have been together since high school, that’s going on 9 years of solid friendship. Whenever we get together there are things that we always do which include; eat, have a bonfire and listen to great music. This property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size, had all the amenities that we enjoy. The feel of it was exactly what we needed, a residential getaway. The host Ms. Debbie was a doll! She was in contact with us before, during and after our booking. Has everything you will need! Will definitely book again!

Close to everything we needed
We very much enjoyed staying at Debbie's home in Eden Prairie. It was close to everything we needed (Valleyfair, Sierra Trading Post, MOA, and multiple Zantigos). The place was great! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is in close proximity to a lot of different stuff.
