Questionable rooms
I was so disappointed, this hotel is a wreck! Torn apart bc sprinklers destroyed some rooms, my room was originally on second floor but no elevator and I had 16 totes to bring in and asked for a main level room had to upgrade to a suite and that was not nice, cleanliness was questionable and breakfast was not good, felt unsafe during my stay, will not be back.

My first night the hot tub would not work and the guy at the front desk trying to fix it but couldn't the other staff in the morning did fixed it and it was nice to be able to use the hot tub in the room everything was nice I will be back next year at the same time

Our first room the hotel flooded on us with little to no toilet paper in the toilet, we were moved to another room and toilet ended up flooding our bathroom as well. Apparently a bunch of rooms were having this same issue so they were unable to move us to another room and instead sent maintenance hours later. So we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. The bathtub also didn’t fill so we were unable to bathe our 15 month old. When we asked them about reimbursement or something to make it right they just brushed it off and said there was nothing they can do. Definitely won’t be staying there again!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Was there 3 nights and the fitness center was not cleaned; no towels, water cooler never filled. Water fountain in the pool area was very dirty and never cleaned. Toilet was extremely low and unsafe for what was supposed to to a handicapped accessible room. Water damage had occurred to several rooms so fans and dehumidifiers were constantly going in hallway and some rooms. The side jets on the hot tub were not working although it was clean and hot. Pool appeared clean and water warm. All In all, not up to standards for Wynham.

It was generally alright. The pool & hot tub need a very derp clean/paint job or resurfacing. Theres so much chlorine we knew nothing was growing in there but they looked dirty. Only 2 jets worked for the hot tub. It was odd. We stayed in an accessible room. It was fine. The hotel says soundproof - but only if the people in the hallway lower their vouces & act like its not tgeir living room. We also had the room next to us, their door was adjacent to ours and for some readon had a family member staying in another room constantly having to knock & get into that room. I could have complained, but didn't.
