The grab & go breakfast was gross. The water in the hot tub was green & murky and there were no pool towels. The sauna didn’t say it was broken, but it didn’t work. The hot tub jets also did not work. The room was fine.

Toilet would sometimes not flush, sink drain plug didn’t work, hot tub bubbles and sauna were broken, juice dispenser broken. And my girlfriend could hear the front desk workers yelling and swearing while working. Will not stay here again

Would like a partial refund!

Wifi was down the entire time of stay. Shower floor was soft, afraid my kids would fall through it. Pool had green and dirt in the bottom as well as a lot of bugs crawling around the pool. Blonde lady who was getting the biscuits and gravy ready, she licked her fingers after sticking her hand into the pot of gravy. She was rude and said she wished she would have stayed home, no towels in the pool room, hot tub jets did not work, sauna did not work. Juice machine was non functional. Felt very unwelcome when trying to ask for things for the breakfast.

The bathroom shower had small hairs in it and there were ants around the toilet. The heater was super noisy and didn’t let us sleep at night. The sound was very loud. For breakfast they only offer bread and bagels. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.
