Terrible stay, luckily just needed a quick night stay. There was a wind, yes, wind channel whistling through my room all night. My elevator key couldn’t get me up to my floor, I had to use a different elevator, figured out after much trial and error. Food couldn’t deliver to my door, and the toilet seat was all gross and warped and peeling (cmon guys, it’s like a $10 fix). Definitely won’t return.

The one thing I was grateful for, was we were able to check in earlier than planned. That was nice. However, the Hotel room itself, not good. The bathroom had broken wallks, I wanted to take a simle shower and was unable to. There was no pull knob for making the bath water turn up to the shower part. The shower head itself was very janky. I wanted to swim the next morning and pool was locked after 7:00am. I was pretty disapointed in this stay that has the word HILTON affiliated with it...

We had a good stay although the problem was that the room was so super hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. They did have a thermostat on the wall but there was a note saying that the air conditioning would not be available. We did open the window however it did not cool the room down for some reason. It was only allowed to be open a couple inches. For this reason we wouldn't stay in this hotel again we barely got any sleep it was so hot. The staff was very good and everything was clean. The restaurant was good and the bartender was very nice. Good area to find other places to eat and shop also.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. The only issue we had was how hot the room was. The only way to cool it was to open the window and run a fan. This could use some attention. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Terrible service at the counter lady was mean And cursing on a language I didn’t understand we didn’t feel welcome at all they charge me $100 cash deposit in case of damages done to the room and charge extra For the room $75 per day this never happened We stay in the same hotel when we visit Minnesota We are never booking with Expedia or staying at this hotel ever again

It was ok. Nkthing really special about it. Dead mouse by 1 of the tables by the bar/kitchen area. Areas of dust in the room. Sheets and shower were clean. Warm cookies at check in was nice.
