Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a stain on the wall and pull out bed had a large wire sticking out. Kind of dangerous. Do like the location to Target Feild and Center and overall set up of room.

Check in was fast and easy but the person who checked us in seemed like he hated his job. That didn’t make it very welcoming. The happy hour has plummeted since the last time we stayed here. Not really worth the extra $ anymore!

This property was great for the location it is in. Able to easily walk to both baseball and football stadiums. Lots of options to eat which are very convenient. Only bad to say was the cleanliness of the hotel halls were bad, our shower floor was dirty, they never restocked our room without us calling the front desk (there 5 days needed soap, kleenexes, toilet paper and towels). Otherwise the hotel lobby bartender, Ryan, did a great job serving people at a great speed during the week and setting up his bar station. The weekend bartender was super friendly but very slowwwww. We did spot hero for parking instead of the $55/night hotel parking. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay downtown to go to a game but otherwise I would choose elsewhere.

Know Parking Ahead of Time
Our room and service were good. Everything was normal except for the parking. They tell you there parking available, but when you arrive, there’s valet for $55. Otherwise, it seems like you have to figure out your own parking situation. I just wish I would’ve had a head up from the booking site.

The only thing that wasn't great was the pull-out couch. We couldn't even sleep on it as it's really uncomfortable. Everything else was great!

The hotel is totally convenient to Target field and the blue line to Mall of America. You can also get to the Target store by walking inside all the way. We struggled with hot water to our room at the end of a long hallway. We also had trouble with house cleaning on our last full day. After being gone all day, we returned to a non-cleaned room. It took them over an hour and a half to address the issue and resolve it. We are not messy folks; they just forgot or skipped us by mistake. Downtown is very quiet on the weekends; many restaurants are closed. Bars and pubs are open. Lots of people just hanging around. Heavy police presence.
