We stayed at the Crosby Hotel for my wife’s birthday, and they upgraded us to a very nice room due to the occasion, and they even put some chocolates in the room with a card. It was a great place and great location. We ate and the restaurant, and the food was DELISH! The Chilean sea bass and crab cakes were amazing! Our waitress was quick to get us some Benadryl seeing we didn’t read the menu well, and realize there was a peanut sauce on the Brussels sprouts that I was allergic to. She reacted quickly, and I was able to take them without any issues. I slept well in our nice king bed after taking 4 Benadryl 😂.

Beautiful hotel with amazing customer service. We stayed for my husband’s birthday, and the front desk left a card and box of chocolates from the neighboring candy shop in our room for him. Comfortable room, very clean, and a great stay for a night away. Thanks, Hotel Crosby!

We loved everything about our stay with the exception of the room service. The second day we did not have dry towels or coffee & creamer. Our suite wasn't touched by room service when we got back in the evening.

Love this place. I have zero complaints. Their front desk staff is always friendly, professional and inviting. Not my first stay here, won't be my last. Highly recommend.

The front staff Niki and John were top notch ! They upgraded me for my boyfriend’s birthday. Thanks for the amazing hospitality as always. I visit at least twice a year. The outdoor hot tub is always a plus giving you a great experience whether at night or early in the morning. Everything clean, spic and span every time !!

Outstanding Stay!

Super easy check-in, hotel staff clearly cared that we had a good visit, and great communication. Great recommendations for places to go for dinner and to watch the game. Overall wonderful experience and I'd recommend to anyone.
