The room was nicely decorated, the shower had good water pressure, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the staff were all friendly. The light rail is directly in front of the hotel but isn't audible in the rooms - perfect. My one complaint, which seems to be common with hotels these days, is that they don't have daily housekeeping. That is supposed to be a standard feature at all normal hotels (let alone the Hyatt Regency!!). This is disclosed in an after-reservation email but it's just not ok. If I wanted to make my own bed I would stay in an airy bed and breakfast.

Parking is not complimentary, $15/night. Photos of the restaurant and dining area are misleading. The entry is a revolving door like they have at a bank- this makes no sense for a hotel!! Very cumbersome to move in and out of even when you don’t have bags with. The dollys are also very hard to maneuver even in a straight line. There is a handicap door but the button is only on the interior. Dinner food- pad thai more expensive and not as good as say noodles and co. walleye sandwich was great. Breakfast food really good recommend burrito and Benedict.
