My daughter and niece enjoyed their stay and loved the condo. Only frustration is some of the extra fees, including cleaning fee but they had a list of cleaning projects to complete themselves prior to leaving. Had a great time though for sure!

Been stay at Maravilla condos since 1998. This one is my favorite. Great location to parking beach pool grill elevator - not really needed but also right by the stairs. It’s beach front so great porch sittin. We have stayed at this one before but they have updated and it’s simply perfect all around!

This is the perfect location on Miramar Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony and just steps away from private beach access and the pool. Fun beachy decor and the beds were so comfortable. We took advantage of a short walk to restaurants as parking can be an issue.

Great place to stay!
The condo was everything we could have hoped for. The balcony with a view of the ocean was perfect for the senior members of our party to enjoy, it was clean and roomy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was super close. The only complaint was that the shower in one of the bathrooms kept backing up, but that's easily addressed. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location!
The condo was clean and directly across the street from the ocean. It is on the second floor and there is a walkway straight to the beach. No trouble with check-in, the owners were quick to respond to any questions and provided information regarding check-in a few days prior to arrival. We loved the very short walk to and from the beach and the convenience to shops and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our family of 5! We will definitely stay here in the future if it is available.

Beautiful view and location
The property was as advertised on Vrbo. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. However, pots and pans were put away dirty and we had to clean. Could have used more towels and wash cloths. Had a few problems with the beach chair service, Be sure you don’t leave anything behind because you won’t get it back. Beds were very comfortable and complex was very quiet after 10 pm. Would recommend this property to others.

It’s the little things that set you apart!
Bi-annual girls trip. The photos in this listing are spot on. Million dollar view over the gulf tough to match at this price point. Everything one needs in the kitchen. Courtesy carts to get your belongings in. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella setup is so convenient. All these things can be found in numerous rentals, but it’s the little things that set you apart. Toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap , bath soap and starter shampoo/conditioner bottles, built in icemaker, option of either coffee pot or k-pod method for morning coffee, excellent A/C cooling, washer/dryer in rental, convenient parking, numerous complimentary streaming services on the smart tv, and numerous other little things that make a visit so stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks so much for accommodating us for a fantastic girls’ weekend.

This condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the week and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were great. The decor was very pretty. The private beach with chair service was great (get there early to get a good seat) and the pools were great. Location was great and there were all kinds of cute pups running around. I highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The view of the ocean from the master suite was in & of itself worth the whole experience! It was such a cute & tidy place, which included all of our basic needs. This is the second time in a year I have stayed in this condo. It’s always very clean & decorated so tastefully. What needed fixed last Sept was fixed when we arrived for this visit. Our stay in this condo, the Maravilla property and the overall location was excellent. We would return in a minute. Absolutely loved the location…proximity to the private beach, Maravilla pools, sidewalk/boardwalk for bike rides and walks, and easy vehicle access to shopping and other Destin attractions. The condo was nicely appointed with a great kitchen and everything needed to cook all our meals. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice. This unit worked great for 2 adults in king gulf front bedroom and 2 kids in queen bedroom. A sofa sleeper is available but we did not try it. Parking was super easy. Communication with Karen was quick and easy, as were all instructions. We loved the short 2 minute walk to the beach and sitting on the balcony enjoying the gulf view. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious condo, had everything we needed. We loved that it was conveniently located on the 2nd floor for our four-year-old. Waking up to the ocean view was priceless, a beautiful sight from the balcony. Just 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Great family vacatuon
We loved our stay at Maravilla. The cleanliness of the condo far exceeded our expectations. It was super easy to check in and out and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Outside of the condo, the only downside to where we stayed was that the pool did not offer much shade. There were two small palm trees that provided minimal shade, but those spots were usually taken. I would suggest adding some tables with umbrellas or some other options for shade. In our case, we were traveling with an infant and it made it difficult to watch our older children swim without being able to easily keep the baby shaded. Additionally, I was not too impressed with the beach chair rental company. The condo came with two chairs and umbrella, but I did not like the system for having to get a spot close to the water. Even by getting in line early, the good spots were taken because one person could reserve large groups for everyone. It made it hard to lug all of our stuff far down the beach for a less than ideal spot. Not the fault of the condo owners, but something to note that I wish I had been more prepared for. They also set up the beach chairs in a semi circle shape and it just doesn’t make much sense. Not many people get a chance to have a spot close to the water, especially when you have little kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would just be more prepared for those two things next time.
