We chose to stay due to the location and complimentary golf cart. The home itself was great due to it being newly remodeled. It felt very clean. The furniture was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The driveway, although shared, was spacious. The backyard was ready for entertaining with a grill and a fire pit.
However, on our first initial walk through, there was a dirty (I assume leftover from the cleaning crew) washcloth in the master bathroom.
We were excited to use the golf cart. We ensured it was on 100% when we left to drive the cart to the beach (across the street). Unfortunately, once the battery hit 65%, it kept getting slower and slower. It eventually died, even with charge left, on our way home and we had to push it back. It may need maintenance. Overall, this was a good stay, I wish we could have used the golf cart more, as it was a great selling point but didn’t live up to its full potential.
