The home was beautiful and clean, and the property managers responded quickly when we requested an iron and blow dryer. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because one of the hammocks broke with my niece as she sat in it, and when we looked at the other hammocks they were on rusted chains and hooks. This could have been a really bad outcome if one of my elderly parents had been sitting in one of them. I did email the property companies and didn’t receive a response until we checked out.

Fantastic Florida Condo

The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer that over the beach (though you should absolutely take a beach walk!). Highly recommend!

Check in was slow...at 4:20 I sternly told the cleaner to leave after asking twice,she had a young child with her. To properly clean a unit that large, I hope she had some help earlier in the day. The main living space sliding door is hard to open,if you look at it you can see that it is sitting crooked in the frame.To make matters worse, the exterior handle is installed upside down or backwards. If the door is shut,there is no space to insert fingers to open the door. There is a row of 2X6 's installed over the existing 2X6's? They are not fastened or installed correctly.This is on the main floor deck rail. Entering the deck from the beach, there is no "walk off" area, and the hose does not reach that area. So, you walk across the deck, spray off the sand, walk back through the sand towards the staircase,spreading sand through the house. We swept daily(after we bought a broom and dust pan, was none on site.) The bed linens were poor fitting, low quality. Bath towels were the same, all white, but different sizes, and some being well worn. Kitchens is nice, beverage center very helpful. The deck furniture is comfortable and nice quality. The grill works properly. The space itself is nice, the different levels provide some privacy from others in your group or family when needed. The area offers some privacy,but close to restaurants and shopping

Great location

Great location right on the beach. Very clean place. We enjoyed our stay. The only hard part was the parking situation as stated in the other reviews. But I would def stay here again!

Beautiful

The property met our family's needs perfectly- the multilevel property gave us plenty of room to spread out, take in the views, and enjoy the beach. The hammocks were a nice touch, comfortable, and relaxing to enjoy while listening to the water. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch too, only wish we were reminded about this amenity prior to arrival. Fortunately, we only missed a few hours. Overall, we had a great experience! Unit 19 could use some work...the tennants were not respectful of their neighbors. But, no fault of yours-

Cannot beat the view and location.

The house is very nice but the views from each floor are breath taking. The access directly to the beach was amazing and our group of 10 was very comfortable all 4 days of our stay. The parking is VERY limited, room for 2-3 standard cars or 2 large SUVs but it is tight. There are tons of restaurants, stores, etc within a quick walk. It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our unit! It was very nice. The only issues to note, was that there was a lot of dog hair when we swept our floors for sand. But I also know how hard it is to get every hair up, no matter how well you clean! The unit was perfect for our family! The parking is terrible!

Spring break trip

This location is great in that it is located right on the beach! The condo has recently been updated and it is very nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked. My only complaint is one that can't be avoided in this complex. The parking spots are SO narrow! They did not fit my Tahoe without going over the lines. We came home multiple times to people parked in our spots and knocked on doors only to find no one to claim the cars. There is no overflow parking and people do not pay attention to the numbers or how tight the spots are. It is REALLY hard if you do not drive a small car or have more than one. The condo itself is really great though!

Beautiful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay at sand dollar townhomes. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of kitchen dishes and pans. King bed upstairs was comfortable. As mentioned by others, the parking is tight. 2 small spots are assigned. Our truck took both spots. One heads up - the building number for all units is located at the unit 18 door. We had 4-5 people come to our door thinking they had rented the unit we were in. Had to explain the unit numbers to them. No ones fault / just a heads up.

Beautiful views, nice property

We really enjoyed the house, it is in a perfect location on a private section of Miramar beach which is stunning! Walking distance to Pompano Joes, and close to everything. The house was as pictured, and it was clean on arrival. It lost a star as the Management company were extremely frugal with their supplies. Having stayed in a lot of VRBOs we were quite shocked at what was provided. We were given 2 dishwasher tablets to last our group of 8 people for 5 days. There were 2 trash bags, 1 single coffee serving, no salt and pepper or any other condiments. Since we were flying in it seemed ridiculous to have to buy a whole box of dishwasher tablets, condiments, and trash bags for our stay. They could have at least supplied 1 a day - it would only have cost a couple of dollars. They are not helping guests to keep the house clean, and presentable upon departure by withholding cleaning supplies.

Amazing location!

This is our second stay at this SandDollar townhome. Right on the beach! Clean! The perfect place for a vacation with our kids and grandkids. The only issues are things that can’t be changed - lots of stairs & tight parking. But, this beautiful location is worth those small things. We’ll be back!

Inadequate Parking Space

The location on Miramar beach is very convenient but the parking space was inadequate for our two vehicles. We parked our suburban on one side of the space and did not move it during our stay. We had to park our jeep closer to the street to be able to get in it. We decided that we would not book this unit again. It was only when we loaded up to leave that we saw someone had scraped the side of the suburban facing the next unit's parking space. I have not heard what is being done to repair the damage.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful week at your condo ! The weather was great , since we are from Ohio and coming from35 degrees it felt nice! Only rained the last day and that’s the day we had to take my daughter to the airport. The condo was very clean and spacious for the six of us to move around. My son and his wife really liked the little cabana bar on the bar they could walk to. Definitely will try and come back.
