There were used toothpick flossers under the sink in the bathroom and because our room was switched, my grand daughters had to sleep on the hide-away which was full of dried food. The pillow for the couch dirty, had long black hair on it. I had requested a room on the lower level due to use of a walker, staff said they didn't get that information so we had a 2nd floor room, with no elevator. Obviously, that wasn't going to work so she (who was very nice)put us in a room that only had one bed. Inconvenient and not clean. I wouldn't stay again.

Probably won’t be back

Comforter had dog hair on it. Shower was clean but not in good condition. Room temperature was set at 58 but was much warmer in there than that making it very hot and hard to sleep. Went to get the morning breakfast and worker was sleeping in the lobby chair….

This was perhaps the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! From desk clerks, the room attendants and the breakfast staff, we were rewarded with very helpful and friendly people, The facility itself was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We didn't see the property. We also did not know they didn't take pets until we were walking up to the door. Well, we have pets. Because our fee was nonrefundable, we paid a hefty fee for 4 nights we didn't get to stay there. Both Quality Inn and Expedia need to make it clearer in its advertisement about the "no pet" policy.
