Our stay was fine until the cleaning staff started shampoo the carpet in the room next to us at 8am. When I complained, a staff member followed me to the room and I thought they were going to ask the cleaning staff to stop. But then I could hear them laughing about it and they didn’t still stop.
I was also charged a non-refundable $75 pet fee, which was not mentioned to me when I checked in or on Expedia. Our dog is house trained and our stay was one night. There is no reason for this non-refundable fee, other Hilton properties do not charge it.

The window shades did not work properly so room was too light. The breakfast was lacking-no yogurt or milk. The bagels were stale. Not the expected quality that Home2 Suites usually delivers.
This was our second time staying at this hotel and both times we’ve had a very nice experience. All the staff are so friendly and always make sure we have everything we need. Will definitely be staying again.
Worst Home2 I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping neglect was everywhere: Room, lobby, elevator, hallway, parking lot, pool, fitness center. there just wasn’t anything clean.
The remote for the windows shades did not work. The bathroom had a million different handles & bars in it. I was supposed to have a walk in shower, but was given a “handicap accessible” shower.

Kind staff but poor cleanliness
The staff was very kind and greeted us often. However we booked a non-smoking room, and it definitely smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our clothes and personal items smelled when we left after only staying 2 nights. We also killed 2 small cockroaches next to the kitchen sink just before we left today.
