The room just had a stench and the entire place felt dirty and gross. Definitely not a Hampton Inn experience. I’ll second guess ever booking with another Hampton Inn after staying here. Breakfast was decent one day and dumpster food the next. Blah!

The stay was awesome, my only dislike was the tub/ shower, the shower head was loose and instead of the water going out the drain while taking a shower it stayed in until you dangle the stopper but other than that I give it an 8/10.

The guy at the front desk was super rude. First, he refused to give me a receipt. Then, he canceled my reservation and told me I could re-book at twice the amount for the same type room he had just canceled. Then, he told me he had no boss when I asked him for his and also lied to the Monroe location on speaker phone claiming I "bad mouthed him." It was unbelievable and someone at The Hampton Inn needs to pull my attempted check-in video on 1/11/25 at approximately 3:30 pm to see how he is treating guests. He lost a lot of money in 2 days for your company and has no business working in customer service.
