great location, horrible place
This place, called The View ought not be rented out to anybody ever again. There were so many little things not appropriate for a paid rental. The actual view was beyond stunning overlooking the bay area. Absolutely gorgeous and we spent much of the time outside on the patio. As for the challenges, the listing was incorrectly labeled on numerous items. Property advertised as 10 rooms, but only had five rooms!!! I believe there must have been a challenge with the translation. Five rooms, sleeps ten, but they advertised it as ten rooms. The water pressure was so low that taking a shower was nearly not possible. Water was literally just trickling out of the faucets. Much of the time, the water came out of the faucets as brown. We sent a picture of this to the property manager and neither of the two even responded. There was no coffee machine in the place. Imagine being in Italy and no coffee machine ! The manager said there is an Italian coffee machine, which ended up being a hot water heater to which you add instant coffee. It was bad! There was one garbage bag available for trash, so we felt bad but could not remove our trash properly. Upon arrival, we were told to go find paid parking somewhere else but not near the property for our rental van. This would have been nice to know ahead of time that there wasn't parking available. The place was advertised with a hot tub, but no hot tub was in sight. Total deception!! Do NOT rent this place.
