As soon as we arrived, we were given the wrong room. It took almost 2 hours to check in. Throughout our stay, the access cards to the rooms were demagnetized and we had to go to the reception each time about (7 minutes from the room). The rooms were not clean properly: dirt on the wall, mold, stains, etc. The food was not good it was always the same things at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants, I did not find them.
