From the kitchen-living room and the fireplace room on the ground floor you enter directly into the garden seating area in front of it. On the 1st floor, which can be entered directly from the side of the former mill basin, there is a second central kitchen as well as bedrooms with bathroom, another bedroom with bathroom on the 2nd floor. The furnishings are functional in rustic Tuscan style. Crib on request. The house is adjacent to ITS971. Nearby destinations: Pienza (15 km) and the picturesque Orcia Valley, the warm thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni (25 km).
