This property can do with some TLC. I booked a king room with fireplace. The photos were deceiving. There was nothing hung on the walls, just bare white. Carpets very very dirty and old, shower had lingering hair. All furniture breaking and roughly used. Only saving grace was the bed. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

I especially like the room and bed looked clean. The staff members were friendly. Check in and out was easy. They made a mistake on the cost of the room but was corrected without fuss. The property is old but very clean.

We absolutely loved this place. The location couldn’t be beat, just down the block from the beach. The room was great, and we loved the balcony and fireplace. We could walk to the aquarium, to the piers, and to restaurants. A walking/biking trail was right below the property. We would look forward to staying here again.

Disgusted and disappointed

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and showed no sympathy towards our concerns. They were unwilling to help and refused to provide the manager's contact number. The hotel itself was very run down and dirty, with bugs everywhere, making it very unsanitary. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never come back. Also Hotels.com did nothing to help with this experience. Spoke to manager agent number 4342 Oscar L and was very rude and unprofessional. Never will i use this app again

The outside parking area smelt like throw up and urine. The carpeting in the hallways were dirty and smelt like urine. The bedding was not very clean and the mini fridge was also dirty. The bad smell from outside you could smell inside the room and smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. The photos they have posted were very misleading to the cleanliness of their rooms and location. I had to book a room somewhere else because I could not stay there with my children in those conditions.

This was such a nice central location. Parked our car, checked in and walked everywhere. The room was clean and quiet.
