It was a beautiful weekend. We went down for Valentine's Day and spent the weekend. We have stayed at the hotel before and have always had a great stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to lots of places to eat, shop and sight see. Only down side to the location is parking. It's all inside the compound of the hotel but the parking is tight and when you drove a larger vehicle like a truck it gets a little harder to find places. Once you park it's best to leave to there and Uber around town. This time we stayed in a room that had upstairs neighbors and they were very heavy footed and made for noisy mornings. But all in all it's a great place to stay and will be coming back for a long time to come.

Just What We Needed!

Our stay at Casa Munras was spectacular! The room was cozy and cleanly. The grounds were well maintained and the heated pool was perfect! Although finding parking on busy nights was a problem but the front desk handled that very well. All staff were friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The spa was amazing and sooo relaxing, and a short walking distance to downtown Monterey.

The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were nice and quiet and the entire property was super clean and well lit. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was convenient. I will definitely stay here again!

It is a busy campus, but the rooms and bungalows offer privacy. The parking is tight, but generally available. The staff are attentive and polite, and the resturaunt is quality. There was a great restaurant across the street called 'The Wild Plum', and the down town area is only a couple of blocks away. The Wharf, promenade, convention center, and beaches are also within walking/biking distance.
