My honesty review for the weekend

I asked for room service the morning of, arrived back at the room noticed it wasn’t cleaned. Spoke to management which he was rude, very short fuse making up excuses. I stayed on the second floor; had to call the office due to loud banging noise at late night hours, the same manager made up excuses for whomever was above instead of providing customer care. This hotel doesn’t provide breakfast just morning snacks (bagels, muffins, instant oatmeal, etc). Limited parking stall. I liked the fire place in the room, nice amount of channels on the television, refrigerator didn’t seem to get cold (turned it all the way up), microwave took sometime for food to get warm. Shower head needs to be updated, higher pressure. Also, it took the sink water over thirty minutes to get hot (kid you not!), I was going to call the office as soon as my daughter and I check-in the room… I informed her to let the hot water run awhile, that did the trick. Affordable room (two days, $348.00 + $48 pet fee). Mostly, due to RUDE management I will not recommend nor stay at this hotel again.

The property area was really nice close to the Del Monte shopping center and also have member ships to the Golds Gym that come with the stay if your into fitness! Everything was great but I got a suite with a fireplace heater and jacuzzi to have a intimate time with my wife but the fireplace did not work and the shower and sink water temperature took a while to warm up we took a Luke warm shower could of been nice to be a little warmer since the area was cold. Cleanliness was good and staff were really helpful too

The pictures make you think there are balcony’s off the rooms and there isn’t, the heater didn’t work and the remote looked like it was from 1970 and had all kind of nasty stuff on it. The water sprinkler in the bathroom had some type of strings from fabric hanging off it. I definitely was bamboozled

Hotel was overall fine, just not well maintained. The room was generally clean and spacious. We had a King plus Murphy twin with fireplace. This fit our family of 6 with 4 young kids. The general condition of the hotel was not great. Upon arrival we found that the phone was not working properly and the tv remote was not connecting with the tv. Had to go to front desk to request fixes. While the phone was fixed, we spent two days having a remote that only seemed to work from a certain angle. Bathrooms were mediocre but serviceable and clean. Beds and couches were also mediocre as far as comfort Very glad to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. This was very helpful. Also a pack and play crib was available for our infant so that was a plus. Pool was also okay. The kids enjoyed playing. However, there were leaves and bugs floating in the pool which made it a little unsavory. Not much you can do about it since it's an outdoor pool I suppose. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but again functional. Coffee, tea, juice, some bagels and bread options, instant oatmeal and cereal were the main choices. If you're expecting more than that, (eggs, bacon, waffles, etc) you will be disappointed. We have a gluten allergy in our family, so not much to choose from for him. Overall, hotel was fine and relatively inexpensive. You do get what you pay for though...

We enjoyed it here. Everything was really clean and seemed like the property was renovated within the last few years. No carpet in the room makes it stay much cleaner. The free breakfast was just individual packaged cereal/ oatmeal, packaged muffins, and bagels wrapped in plastic wrap and some raisin bread. There was apple juice, cranberry juice, water, milk and pretty decent coffee. Parking is free, there is a pool and hot tub but didn’t use either, I assume the hot tub was functioning because when I saw it in the early morning there was an empty champagne bottle and one slipper next to it. Beds were fairly firm. I would come back to this property

Staff was very friendly. Toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I contacted the front desk and got immediate friendly service. The problem was fixed rapidly, thank you.Only issues I had was the wifi connection was terrible from the third floor. Couldnt make phone calls. Also the elevator permit expired in 2021. Other than that i will be back again in the future.

The property was nice itself. Mostly the room was nice. However there was dog hair on our couch and the sink wasn’t draining. We asked for a blanket to cover couch and to fix the sink and whomever took the call said we should have called a day earlier to request service. We also mentioned we dropped a fragrance travel bottle and although we felt we cleaned it up we just wanted the floor cleaned to make sure there weren’t more glass pieces. They said they would be up there when they can. When we returned from exploring we were happy to see we had towels and the sink was cleaned but the couch was still covered in hair and there was still a piece of glass on the floor.

Comfortable, reasonably priced, & convenient

I booked a very last minute stay about 15 minutes before I arrived at 9 PM. The check in process was quick and easy, the clerk was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate its convenient location near Whole Foods and the restaurants / shopping in Del Monte Center. The location was also quiet.
