Property itself was in a great location and clean, I gave it 4 stars because the food there was not that great. The Mexican cuisine was great but the “American”? (Maybe neutral cuisine) Options were pretty underwhelming and overpriced. I would definitely eat elsewhere if you want to have something other than Mexican food, otherwise it was good.

My entire floor had a sewer smell. Terrible service at restaurant located on 15th floor; the table was cleaned until I asked 4 times. Same with refilling coffee, it took 4 times and 3 different waiters to finally refill coffee.

Other than the hot tub being out of service it was really awesome. Compared to some “ 5 star “ hotels in the USA it definitely beats them. Staff was great food was expensive but what should you expect from such a rich area

Loved the property, the staff was very professional and I had a comfortable stay. My only negative, and the reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of how small the rooms were and also the shower, after paying almost $200 for my stay. I felt claustrophobic and felt that it needed a few more feet of room. Next time I will need to pay extra for an upgraded room, I guess. Even though this is an extravagant property, they should have made their rooms bigger.
