Great hotel, big newer comfortable beds, very clean . Lots of places to sit and lounge by a fire. Great restaurants you can walk to without going outside. Underground mall attached. Could see Christmas market from our room. Easy walk to many sites, old port was a favorite. Just a great location.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and fully stocked with everything that I needed and even more. The location of the hotel was also perfect because there were several restaurants connected to the hotel and there was a a mall underneath the hotel. We also discovered an underground pathway that led to other buildings on the same block of the hotel. I will be staying at this hotel again.

The room was quite spacious and had a great view down to the Christmas Market. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great for walking everywhere.

I liked the location…walking distance to many things. The hotel itself was not what I expected. Front desk staff were not very helpful or accommodating. No one answers the phone at reception (called a few times with no answer). And for the price, the room was very basic and there was mildew in the shower.
