The photos on the website were very deceiving from the actual hotel. Disappointed when arrived and to find out the stairwell was very dirty and discouraging to enter to the mail lobby. The room was in an adjoining building. The room itself was ok.
I was happy to book a room last minute in a very convenient location. The receptionist was efficient and I was able to check in quickly. Unfortunately, there was a major event happening outside in the courtyard next to the hotel, with loud dj electronic music that played all evening until midnight. I was there on business and needed to wake up early. The bed was hard. The hall smelled bad. I went to get another blanket from the closet and it had a big gross stain on it. The room was huge and had a kitchenette. Continental breakfast was toast or cereal... nothing fancy but it is nice to get a coffee and a bite in the morning.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Possibly the worst condition place I’ve stayed. Rooms are outdated and beds horrible.
Floor boards creek and it’s noisy.
This hotel is in the middle of the Arts District. For a mid City` location it can’t be beat. For a less expensive hotel it was clean with a friendly staff. We would stay again.
"We had a terrible experience with this hotel. The place was filthy, had a horrible smell, and felt more like a jail than a hotel. The room reeked, and to make matters worse, we had a disabled person with us, but the hotel had no elevator, making it extremely difficult for us. We ended up not staying there because of these unacceptable conditions."
Poor services. hotel is shady. It's more a motel then a hotel. TV was not working.

It served my purpose; budget friendly and walking distance to my conference location. It was neat but old interior. I didn't like the smell in the room but I got used to it. All in all, good hotel.

There were spiders, a couple flies. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable
I did not feel safe, anyone can kick that door. When i checked in the door was already open. Toilet bowl was running. I had to fix it in order to flush. Flies all over the room breakfast was being served on which consist of bread and peanut butter peanut butter.
