Travelled with family and small children

Stayed here for the last weekend of March break. Double bed rooms are a bit cramped for 4 people, but everything was clean. Hotel has a bit of a resort-like feel, with people going in and out from the pool in robes, taking drinks out to the bar, etc. The heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna were fun but very busy. With a small shallow end and tons of families, one end of the pool ends up very crowded while the deep end is basically empty.
We tried to order room service (from the card in the room that says “room service menu”) - waited on hold for 10 minutes, and then was told they’re not actually doing room service currently. We got food and drinks at the hotel restaurant and they were fine if a little overpriced.
The hotel was offering a “games room” for March break with bouncy castles, ping pong, etc. The kids really enjoyed it for Friday, but by Saturday, they had taken it all down. It would make more sense to leave it up for the weekend.
We liked the hotel for the location - close to the train station, the mall, the metro, Centre Bell, lots of stores and restaurants. The hotel also looks out on a little duck pond that my daughter really liked.
Not a bad choice for the price in downtown Montreal!
