Elevator allowed anyone to go to the room. The fan was very noisy for heating/cooling. But very clean and tidy (and pretty) room. If security is fixed and noise is kept under control it would be 4 star.

Fabulous front desk staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked if they could upgrade my room with another bed it was done immediately. And when I asked for a complimentary late checkout, they did that for me. Beds were super comfortable and loved the area around the hotel. 10 out of 10!

Hotel valet was rude and wouldn’t valet our car. Upon check in we got stuck in the elevator for 10 plus minutes because there was no sign that it was out of order. Just a “wet floor” sign. Our car was then stolen and ruined our entire trip. We had one full day in Montreal and our car was stolen and it was spent dealing with a horrible parking lot who likely was involved in the theft as well as they over charged us 80 dollars to park where the car was stolen. Entire day was spent with police. The bathtub was also plugged and wouldn’t drain and needed maintenance who used a toilet plunger and didn’t clean up. Worst hotel experience of my life.
