Facilities felt dated. Lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom was a nuisance. Would have been nice to have a smart TV in the room as there were very few channels to choose from. Was a fine hotel, but for the price I expected much better.

Very nice property & well-priced for the area. Some items needed a maintenance call to fix A/C filter blocked so room would not cool, bath sink blocked & very slow drainage. Maintenance person fixed quickly. ALL staff encountered were very professional & very kind. They were super. Valet area is a little strange, they park the car I. The garage for you, but when time to leave you have to drive the car out of the garage & it has an exceptionally tight 90. degree turn made tough by scaffolding that lessens available space. No trouble for me - but I transported trucks in college. This valet garage was very tight for exiting. I had maybe 4” on either side of the Q5…

This property is a hidden gem. It’s a little older, so if you need state of the art chic this isn’t for you. What you will get is very big rooms, clean rooms, fair price and happy passionate staff! Roof top pool is also a real winner. I’ll stay again as a priority.

Pros: the room presents well. Nice comfy bed. There is valet parking only which is convenient. There's a restaurant iin the hotel and the location is great. The lobby is beautiful. Cons: The kitchen should not be called a kitchen. It is tiny and pretty much unusable with no counter and the fridge fits nothing. The cupboards are too high. There is one pot ust enough to cook a bowl of instant ramen. No other cooking tools. Very disappointing. The walls are paper thin. We received a noise complaint within minutes of arriving in our room an be our was only 8pm. We could hear the occupants in the room next door sneeze. The pool is on the roof and it needs to be spruced up and the water should be hotter. The roof top patio s very plain and dingy. The elevators are very slow and tiny. They don't have enough staff at front desk. We had to wait awhile while they help another guest about inquiries before they finally checked us in. It took almost 15min because she was alone. It was 8pm.

The evening we arrived, we went to the bistro, The service was very slow since our server Dora was the only one on duty. Apparently, she was the greater, server, bartender, etc., etc. The next day we went to breakfast, unfortunately oatmeal was not served.

Kind of Meh.
Our stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. The gym and pool were also nice, however there was a machine in the gym that was broken with no sign on it, which was a bit dangerous. The valet, which you must pay for or park somewhere else, is horrible as a system. The valets themselves are nice, but the parking garage is so small it will not fit large SUVs or trucks. If you get there after midnight you have to park your car yourself, and the worst part is that the valets don't bring your car to the front, even when you are checking out. You have to go down to the parking garage to drive it out yourself. Some small quirks in the room like there was no milk for the coffee, you have to call to get more Nespresso pods, house cleaning won't refill them, and the bathroom is renovated but quite small. Overall it was ok for a 3 star resort but I'm not entirely sure I will go back mostly due to the valet logistics.

Our room had: a stopped up drain, a light that did not work, and the elevators were really slow. The front desk staff was clueless (maybe she was new but she was rude at check out and told us we should have called customer service about room complaints) and too few: only one person working at check in (the other was there but did not help) and one new staff at check out. The valet employees were super nice but the cleaning staff blocked elevators and did not care there was a line of customers waiting. The bed was super comfortable but I will most likely not stay again due to the lack of care staff displayed.
