Spacious room. Location is a bit isolated from shops/restaurants (not a very walkable location) but interesting property and on site restaurant was good (but pricey - business crowd "on expenses" vibe)

The hotel is beautiful, and well located, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I bought the exact same pillows for my bed once we got home! Unfortunately, the receptionist was very unwelcoming and ignored us until we alerted her of our presence on several occasions, including check in for the 3 rooms that we had booked. Only then would she reluctantly tear herself away from her phone. She didn't greet us when entering/exiting the hotel even once, although she did respond to our greetings. The level of service definitely did not match the quality of the hotel. It would make me reconsider staying there again, even though we really liked it. Stayed with a small dog, there was a lot of green space around. Breakfast was very good, restaurant staff was a bit inexperienced, also didn't greet us when we entered, but walked right by the 7 of us, maybe it's a local thing. This could've been a fantastic experience as it was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in our budget level. Have sadly had way better service at generic chain hotels.

We were actually very disappointed for a boutique hotel. The view or lack there of was a brick wall not the water view I expected based on my booking information. Out of a 4 day stay we had 1 day the room was not even touched and another day that there were towels replaced but no shampoo, conditioner or body gel. Hotel is in an excellent location but we felt a little let down overall.

MOCO provided a wonderful experience. Located close to the waterfront parks and downtown Valleyfield, the room was spacious and the staff were super pleasant. No matter what time of day or night that I walked past the front desk, they always offered a big smile. Free on site parking was appreciated.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé votre hôtel. Les matelas et la literie sont confortables le plancher sans tapis est apprécié et la salle de bain belle et pratique. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la baie mais la fenêtre était pleine de buée. La petite table ronde recouvrait une flaque d'eau que nous avons dû éponger en soulevant la table.
