Extremely disappointed !!!!!!!

As the hotel was right in downtown, assumed it would be at service standard, but when we entered the room it was a disaster. The linen was dirty, the door to the washroom was broken, the room smelled bad, and it goes on and on. We approached the reception, and the lady said that we cannot do anything about it, we asked about cancellation and she said you will have to contact whom you booked through, and last minute hotels were pretty expensive in downtown. As we decided to come to the room only to sleep we stayed back, but strongly recommend if you want to spend some quality time with family and friends, THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL YOU SHOULD BOOK !!

The location of the property was very difficult to find and access as it is on a road that does not allow vehicles. The parking garage is a 5 minute walk away. The property is located above a sex store and is filthy. I would not return nor would I stay anywhere in downtown Montreal as it is not easy to navigate.

Property needs updating, it’s old. There was a cockroach on the wall in the breakfast area. Not a good sign for cleanliness. When we arrived there was no electricity, it did come on eventually. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is very accessible. The area is very good. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and the bathroom is new and well-maintained.
