The location is exceptional - close to entertainment, shopping, dining, not far from Old Montreal, close to public transit and groceries. However, the property is outdated. We had a light fixture broken in the kitchen and asked for repair on the first day. We left after 3 days and it was never repaired. The kitchen is tiny and the position of electrical outlet makes it impossible to use it for coffee maker or kettle. If you use it, the wire goes over the sink, which presents a hazard. Washroom is tiny and if someone above your floor takes shower it makes so much noise that you will wake up at night or wonder if anything broken. Still, the staff was helpful and nice at the reception and breakfast area. The breakfast has only cold options, but the bread and bagels are local and delicious. Boiled eggs and cold cut. Coffee was not good and there are no options for people who do not consume milk. The reason we booked the property as it had exceptional reviews, which are not reflecting the current state of the property at all.

Excellent front desk staff who were always friendly and able to address and questions we had. I was happy to know that laundry machines were available ($3 per.load) when i tripped on a jinky Mtl sidewalk and fell into a muddy puddle. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great for our little family getaway. Rooms were dated but had everything we needed. Only complaint was the parking, the tiny garage was almost impossible to navigate and it was $25/day

Parfait pour la famille. La cuisine a tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour créer des collations et ainsi économiser. Les déjeuners sont vraiment super. La piscine est froide. Elle pourrait être davantage chauffée. Tout le monde a mentionné cela dans les visiteurs. Un peu vieillot, mais très propre. De l'air frais entre par les unité de climatisation donc le chauffage a de la difficulté à chauffer. Je retournerais sans hésiter, rapport qualité prix excellent et en plus, borne de recharge gratuite!

This place is excellent! Super clean! Looks to be a former apartment building converted to a hotel so rooms are HUUGE. Spotless rooms and great kitchen area to make tea, you could cook a full meal if you wanted. Breakfast is included and it is fabulous! Location ideal for McGill acess, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I emailed them about pet allergies and they responded immediately and took it very seriously. This is an exellent hotel, we loved it. Not a negative word to say. Book it and enjoy!

Good clean quiet well run hotel. Only issue I had was the bed is like sleeping on a pile of bricks, mattress is very hard. They would need to put a memory foam protector a few inches thick so you can sleep on it. Doubt I will be back until that is done.

Had a clean, reliable, and pleasant stay here on a weekend in February. There are two very small elevators to take you up the 16 floors. Staff was nice. Parking is available for ~$25/night underground but is very LOW CLEARANCE and only fits smaller cars. My SUV parked across the street at the govt building’s parking garage which the hotel recommended for a similar price. Buzz into the lobby at that building to get your car back (it’s a maze to get into the garage otherwise). Pleasant stay overall and would return. Clean hotel and easy walk to anything Montreal!
