My toilet flush had an issue, once got hotel staff to fix it, but it was very temporary. I figured out how to deal with some loose piping in the tank, but the hotel will definitely need a better solution. Although I loved my large windows, I really really really hated how bright my room was in the morning. There's a significant gap below the curtains, so blackout blinds are pretty useless. I know it's cold in Montreal, but I had to wait for a while for my shower to warm up. I thought that was a bit strange (I was only on the 8th floor).

Changed our original bookings from one king size bed to 2 double beds- too small for us. Had to wait an hour to find 2 rooms with king beds. Then while leaving got stuck in elevator and had to wait for maintenance to manually open the door. Very scary 15 or 20 minutes.

This was a great spot for a couple nights. We were able to walk as much as we wanted in the stormy cold weather and going two steps from the door to a great pizza spot was really easy when we didn’t want to brave the cold. Easy walk to Centre Bell and the train station.
