The units I stayed in, yes, unit's. Had an issue with the fire/carbonmoxide, it was quickly resolvwd by reloating us. Both units need some hamdyman repair. Im aware they can't do repairs all the time, and i respect that. However, the items are easily noticeable and for the price, we were not impressed. 40 minutes per unit would make them more appealing. Anyone can walk into the building, no security or access card/code required. Both units have loose toolet seats as an example. Staff are awesome.

I love the location, restaurants and stores all around. Bell center is 10 min walk, eaton center is 10 min walk, metro is 3 min walk. Room could use a paint job and sliding door to queen bedroom had a million fingerprints on it. I would definitely stay there again

NHL Hockey Trip
This years hockey trip we are knocking off Montreal, Ottawa and Chicago. Then will have 5 cities left out of 31. We loved the apt. Very roomy. Only complaints were the beds. Alittle hard but you’re not going to make everyone happy with that. But an overall great stay. Thank you very much!!!!! Let’s Go Pens!!!!!

Great hotel! Our one-bedroom apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay, even though we weren't there for long. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area can't be beat, with loads of food and shopping options nearby, the metro close, and very walkable.

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Access to extra blankets/bedding would have been a plus because I found it a bit cool (in December) and couldn't work out the thermostat, but I found the thermostat instructions later, so even that was taken care of. Very walkable neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and cafes around, and close to transit. The property is in a busy area, so there is some noise at night, but ear plugs and white noise machines were provided for those who are sensitive to noise. I would definitely stay here again.
