The manager in the dinning room lounge was so wonderful helped me get all the stuff I needed food and drinks ready for a anniversary surprise for my boyfriend as well as the pool staff and spa staff were so wonderful that night as well! The massage I had there was Amazing!

We were in an older room that was in need of renovations and as such, there were some minor things that would need repair, to bring this property up to a 5 star rating. With that being sais, we were in a jacuzzi tub suite and the room was very spacious. The mineral pool itself was a cool feature of the hotel and was a relaxing area to just chill and enjoy some down time. I would recommend this to anyone. The pool area is exceptionally large and the connection to the outdoor pool makes it that much more unique. It could use a bit of an upgrade as well and while we were there, the steam room was shut down for repair. :( All in all, I would stay at this hotel again and would opt for one of their newly renovated rooms to see what the difference is.

Kinda a confusion on the check in and how many days we were staying ! So was locked out of our room ! Went to desk and gentleman figured it out ! The woman the day before was very rude as all she said was that is how we do things ! First cheque in put $33. On my credit card for damages and then next day a $377 was put on my credit card ! Just inquired about the charge and she was not very helpful ! Like no customer service !other than that all was good

Our room was a single. Even though it wasn’t one of the renovated rooms, we were still pleased overall. The furniture did have signs of aging, but our room was quiet and very comfortable. Slept very well. The mattress on the king bed was very good. The bathroom was showing its age but the tub was new and very nice, but would happily stay here over the last place we stayed at in Mexico.

We have stayed at the property 3 times in the last year and each time we stay we always wondered why the pool had so many ppl. This time the pool was so full from outside ppl that the hotel guests couldnt even enjoy. There needs to be a limit of outside ppl granted into the pool so guests of the hotel can actually enjoy the pool. Dont think we will be back anytime soon.

Towels would be nice.

Loved the idea of the spa but no towels either morning for the whole pool…and no one seemed to think this an issue. Rooms were good - beds comfortable but snow blower outside the room at exactly 7:00 am was not great. Would never pay these prices to be cold, wet and tired again.

We come to this hotel specifically for the steam room. It was VERY disappointing to find it out of order during our stay. Had we known it would not be in operation, we would have canceled.

We we stayed here for our Anniversary on Feb. 14/25. The pool/spa area was nice and the restaurant/bar had great food and drinks, but the jacuzzi room we rented was terrible! Old and outdated, damaged furniture, huge stain on the carpet in the middle of the room, paint pealing off the ceiling in the bathroom area, jacuzzi tub was yellowed and discolored. It was gross! For what they charge for the room per night we were extremely disappointed! Do not book a room based on the pictures posted online, the actual room looks NOTHING like it! The pictures posted online must be from when the hotel opened almost 30 yrs ago. Definitely will not be renting a room here again anytime soon!

I enjoyed my stay with my granddaughters, the first time having stayed here though we have enjoyed the mineral pool on various occasions. Our room was comfortable but a microwave would have been nice and a sheet upgrade is definitely in order.

The spa was nice room was in poor condition. They have some rooms that are renovated and on your web site says ( newly renovated). Ours needed to be renovated when I ask at the front desk I was told sense I booked through hotel.com we were put in there old rooms!! Go figure!!
